Each month we work with a handful of exciting brands to bring our subscribers something exclusive and unique that matches their profile. For us it is about curation it’s about creating something special, something that lasts, and something that you won’t find on the high street.




To us, receiving the parcel is almost as important as the present itself. From our boxes, ribbons and beautiful tissue paper to the personalised letter explaining the present, we really consider every detail of how the experience looks and feels.

The type of presents we send are based on your profile when you sign up, for instance if you don’t want to receive jewellery don’t select it. You can view all our past presents here and see what some of our customers say here

A subscription makes the perfect gift. There are two easy ways to give a subscription; the only thing you really need to consider is how long they deserve it for.




You simply sign them up online, telling us about what type and style of presents they’d like to receive (as well as what their address is). Then each month we’ll send them a surprise present to match. What’s more, you can also add a personalised message to accompany the gift.For this option you can download an E-Card or Gift Voucher to give to the recipient. Also, don’t worry we won’t spoil the surprise- the first contact from us will be the present landing on the doormat.






This is perfect for those who want to give a physical gift before the presents start. The luxe Gift Box contains a Brass gift token, welcome pack and gift code. The lucky recipient simply activates their code online and selects when, where and what type of presents they’d like to receive. their own preferences. Our mail outs take place on a monthly basis. We dispatch our surprises around the 6/7th of each month, however we will always email you the exact dispatch date.

Delivery times on average are:

UK 1-3 days
European 3-6 days
International 5-16 days

Not all parcels will fit through your letterbox, so we’d recommend using a work address.

Shop orders are dispatched on a daily basis.



We work incredibly hard to source unique gifts and tailor them to your profile, but understand on the rare occasion we may miss the mark. If you are genuinely not happy with your surprise, please let us know within 14 days via

It will usually be a case of sending it back (at your cost) and we will then refund or send you something that hopefully you do like. Our return address can be found here

We are very proud to ship our surprises to far corners of the globe. As you’d expect it costs a little more shipping and takes a little longer for your present to arrive.

These prices include all taxes, handling and shipping.
