1.1 The website www.notanotherbill.com is owned and operated by Not Another Bill Ltd., trading as Not Another Bill. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘nab’, ‘our’ or ‘the website’ refer to Not Another Bill Ltd. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number: 7747939. Our registered office and main trading address is Not Another Bill Ltd, Unit 10, 69 St Marks Road, London, W10 6JG. Our VAT number is GB139024330.

1.2 Your use of this Website (notanotherbill.com) is at all times subject to our full terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Website and all applicable laws. By accessing our Website, you agree to our terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must exit our Website immediately.

1.3 We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notifying you, to change these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. The terms and conditions applicable to your access to and use of this Website will be the version that is current and displayed on the Website as at each date you access the Website. Any questions about these Terms or ordering of our Products, please send an email to info@notanotherbill.com and someone will respond to your query.

2. PRICING

2.1 All prices that are displayed on our Website are correct at the time of placing your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of our products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our system.

2.2 Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

2.3 The price of a product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK. 

2.4 The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the checkout process, before you confirm your order. 

3. PAYMENT

3.1 You agree not to hold us responsible for any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.

3.2 We accept all major credit and debit cards as advertised on our Website. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Klarna. When selecting these options at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal or Klarna sites to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our Website. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon you placing your order. 

3.3 We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit and/or debit transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in secure host environments. If you are a registered account holder with us, we will not store your credit and/or debit card details on our system.

4. DELIVERY & COLLECTION

4.1 Once you have made your selection and you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (Order Confirmation).

4.2 Once an order is placed, we typically process your order within 24 hours, however during busy periods this may be extended. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date via email at point of dispatch.

4.3 Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control. You may not hold us responsible for any delays outside our control, which relate to delivery.

4.4 Please make sure that someone is available at your address to take delivery. Delivery of an order will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us or you or a carrier organised by you collects them from us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

4.5 If you change address, you must contact us to ensure that no parcels are sent out to the wrong delivery address. Please ensure that this is done as soon as possible, as you will be liable for any parcels posted to the wrong address.

4.6 It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay for any customs, duties or taxes applicable to your country, unless we have stated otherwise.

4.7 If you select the ‘Pickup in store’ delivery option, items will be prepared and made available for collection from our studio at Unit 10, 69 St Marks Road, London, W10 6JG. 

4.8 Any Personalised Products which have not been collected from us within 6 months will be disposed of. Any other Products, which have not been personalised, will be refunded automatically after 6 months if not collected.

5. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

5.1 All parcels returned to us (due to not being collected, incorrect delivery addresses or any other reason for which you are responsible) will be re-sent to you. This may require an additional payment to cover the cost of second-time delivery.

5.2 Except in the case of any Personalised Products, you have the right to return your order within 14 working days of receiving it without giving any reason. If agreed, your Product(s) must be returned to us at, Not Another Bill, Unit 10, 69 St Mark's Road, London, W10 6JG. Product(s) must be returned in their original condition and in original packaging. 

5.3 You shall be responsible for any costs of returning Products to us.  If you return the item to us at your own cost we will issue you with a full refund including the standard delivery costs, as permitted by law. In some instances, we may provide you with a returns label and if you use it we will issue you a full refund excluding the delivery costs.

5.4 In the case of Personalised Products, no refunds are available. You may only return a Personalised Product if there is a fault in the Product. Please contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order if you find a fault so we can investigate further. 

5.5 If a Personalised Product is found to be faulty on delivery then we will issue you with a replacement. If we find the Personalised Product is not faulty we will contact you to discuss if you would like it returned to you at your own cost. Any Products deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

5.6 The returns period will expire 14 days from the day after the Products are delivered to you. To exercise the right to return your order, you must inform us via email. 

5.7 All of our packages are wrapped with the utmost care and attention to give the product inside maximum protection, so we can not be held liable for any damage to the product in transit. However, each case is assessed individually. You might be eligible for a replacement should it not reach you in perfect condition.

6. OUR PRODUCTS

6.1 We hope that the images of our Products give you a good indication of what they look like in our studio. Please note however that images are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour and/or texture of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. 

6.2 Please note that the online visualisers are indicators only, and there may be slight variations in the result of real life Personalised Products. Each individual screen is subject to a number of variables in colour, illumination and other visual aspects; and as such we endeavour to make our products look as close to digital artwork as possible, but this is not always possible. 

7. DISCOUNT CODES

7.1 Any promotional code or offers provided on this Website cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present. 

7.2 Promotional codes cannot be used on food and drink items unless otherwise stated.

7.3 From time to time we may run loyalty promotions for members of our Rewards Club. Any loyalty discount codes generated from rewards points cannot be redeemed on food and drink items. 

7.4 Promotional codes have no cash alternative and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

8. ELIGIBILITY TO MAKE PURCHASES

8.1 By placing an order through our Website, you warrant that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

You are at least 18 years old. (If you are under 18 years old, we may need the express consent from your parent or legal guardian.)
